Refund & Cancellation Policy

La Farra NY generally does not issue exchanges or refunds for purchased tickets, nor do we issue refunds for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets. We refund completely for tickets claimed to be "not delivered” if that situation is confirmed by the carrier company used for the shipment.

ou will receive a refund of the amount you paid if the ticketed event is cancelled; If you decided to cancel your order and your order has not yet been charged, we can cancel the order with no fees assessed to the customer. However, if the order has already been charged and payment has been collected, customer will be responsible for a 10% processing fee. This fee covers expenses incurred processing your credit card for the purchase. However, there are no returns once the customer receives their tickets, on any case you may be able to resell your ticket(s) if you cannot attend the event.

SHIPPING POLICY:
Shipping rates include handling, packaging & insurance for domestic shipments. Your tickets are packed in protective packaging, scanned in person at USPS and you are provided the tracking or delivery confirmation number. We take the time on our end to make sure you get your tickets as FAST as possible. In 90% of the time your tickets ship the same day payment is received. For group of tickets which amount reaches $250 a signature will be required upon delivery.

SHIPPING RATES: 
Shipping rates are listed in our website and you can see them while checking out. We usually send our tickets priority mail by USPS

SHIPMENT TIMES:
Tickets are shipped 6 days a week: Monday-Friday: by 11:00am Eastern Standard Time Saturday: by 9:00 am Eastern Standard Time. Sundays and Holidays are excluded. Payments received after the listed shipping times will ship the following business day. We sell and delivery tickets just in United States. Not purchases are allowed from overseas and we don’t deliver tickets outside United States.

LOCAL PICKUP:
Local pickup when available will be listed in our website. In most cases, the listed shipping rate will not apply.
